Roles and responsibilities

  1. Business Setup and Administration Aspects
  • Business registration and achieve business operational readiness.
  • In depth knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations to ensure strict statutory compliance. to local laws and legislative requirement, e.g., tax, trade license, import permits.
  • Manage annual budget and detailing business operating plans in meeting revenue, profits, and cash.
  1. Operations Support Aspects
  • Establishing a supply chain to support logistical needs in delivering and installing Geotabs and other devices at customers’ locations.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Maintain good customer relationships through field support, troubleshooting, value delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop a strong local network coverage for different locations in Indonesia to enable sourcing of strategic local partners or vendors to support company operations
  1. Sales & Marketing Aspects
  • Report to the CEO and BD in Singapore on business developments in Indonesia.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian’s market trend and actively seek business local market opportunities.
  • Liaise with Singapore team in offering solutions to business prospects.
  • Determine commercial viability of new projects.
  • Structure and negotiate contracts with customers and partners.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Build backend API service with ExpressJS
  • Create and manage cloud resources on AWS / GCP
  • Create serverless function with NodeJS or Python
  • Perform integration for existing platform with 3rd party API
  • Work with engineering team to design backend system in the cloud for IoT device deployments
  • Work with engineering team to design POC application for any new technology brought in

Qualification and education requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Software Engineering
  • Preferably 2 years or more of full-stack software development experience, fresh graduates are
    welcome
  • Familiar with JavaScript and Python ecosystem
  • Experience in developing API service with ExpressJS
  • Experience in developing frontend with ReactJS
  • Experience in developing with rational database, e.g., MySQL or PosgreSQL, and NOSQL, e.g., AWS
    DynamoDB or Firebase Firestore
  • Cloud experience in AWS / GCP
  • Interested in learning new technology

Good to have:

  • Experience in mobile app development in Android/iOS
  • Experience in IoT technology, e.g., MQTT

Roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) and monitor progress of work (i.e., daily, weekly)
  • Maintain and update all schedules (progress, manpower and equipment deployment), gathering of requirements from all relevant stakeholders and evaluate project progress (i.e., use of Gantt charts &/or project management tools)
  • Manage and oversee system integration, testing and commissioning of with internal &/or external system

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Good Degree in Engineering, Process System or IT related disciplines from a recognized University
  • Advantage to have knowledge of IoT and system communication
  • Maximum of 3-5 of working experience in (1) Engineering project management, (2) IoT project management &/or (3) IT project management.

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Training
  • Develop/ adapt training guides for local customers.
  • Assist to coordinate with the customers on the training programmes organised by iZeeM SG.
  • Provide onsite installation training for customers’ technicians and system users.
  1. Technical Install & Support Service Support
  • Coordinate with customers on the installation schedule.
  • Coordinate with iZeeM SG from telematics devices’ activation to installation job closings for billing.
  • Provide on-line consultation and assistance to customers’ installation efforts.
  • Provide technical support with respect to arranging for faulty products replacements.
  • Conduct preliminary troubleshoot before escalation.
  • Assist to source and appoint suitable installers as required.
  • Conduct technical feasibility study for solution engineering.

Quaifications and Education Requirements

Role and Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers and identify their problems and needs
  • Work with software development department to ensure total solution to meet customer’s requirement
  • Work to balance various aspects of the project, from safety to design
  • Research advance technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions
  • Design and develop the hardware, firmware and software for the customers/products
  • Design and conduct whole cycle of POC and product development
  • Guide and monitor the junior engineers on the solution development to ensure the quality and progress of the works
  • Provide necessary documentation for designs, development, installation and technical support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Computing Engineering/Robotic or related disciplines
  • Must have working experience in PLC, embedded computing, micro-controller and various sensors
  • Must be proficient in python, C++/Arduino and/or platformIO
  • Must have working experience in IOT core, MQTT
  • Experience in using LoraWAN, AWS and/or GCP will be added advantage
